What you’ll do

Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluating and recommending new equipment and processes.

• Develops warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow , manning and space requirements, equipment layout; implementing changes.
• Conceptualizes and implements cost reduction programs in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
• Prepares annual budget, analyzing variances, and initiates corrective actions to meet warehouse operations financial objectives .
• Ensure customers are billed accurately and on time. Review revenue streams and check for potential revenue leakages. Rectify accordingly.
• Review PnL result every month, analyze, prepare action plans, and present necessary report for senior management. Execute action plans accordingly.
• Ensures that the day-to-day activities of the warehouse are executed on a timely manner.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cutoff times.
• Oversees duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Ensures proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensures that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions.
• Ensure GWP (Good Warehousing Practices) is being implemented.
• Promotes constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
