About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic USRN Program Manager to lead operations for our Hartford account. This role will oversee program performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of high-quality Utilization Management services while leading teams and aligning with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-endprogram operationsfor the assigned account
Lead and manage team leaders and USRN professionals to achieve performance targets
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, client standards, and regulatory requirements
Utilize clinical subject matter expertise to guide decision-making and resolve complex cases
Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Training, Operations) to optimize processes
Manage stakeholder relationships and present business reviews
Qualifications
Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (any US state)
At least 1 year of recent and relevant clinical/hospital or similar experience
At least 2 years of Utilization Management experience
At least 2 years of recent supervisory or managerial experience
Strong clinical subject matter expertise with the ability to apply technical and professional knowledge to deliver results
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
Additional Requirements
Must be flexible to work on a shifting schedule, including:
Weekends
Night shifts
Holidays (as required by business needs)
