Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day treasury operations across multiple entities.This role is responsible for executing core banking, payment, and treasury administration activities, ensuring all processes are completed accurately, timely, and in line with established controls and policies.The role works closely with the Associate Director, Treasury, and broader Finance teams, acting as a central point for operational treasury support, query resolution, and data integrity.


Cash Operations & Banking Execution

• Download daily bank statements across all entities and ensure timely availability for reconciliation and reporting
• Upload payments to banking platforms in accordance with approved payment runs and controls
• Download and archive Proofs of Payment (POPs), ensuring completeness and audit-ready documentation
• Maintain structured and consistent filing of all banking documentation

Payment Processing & Query Management

• Act as the first point of contact for payment-related queries from internal stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve payment issues, including failed transactions, delays, and discrepancies
• Liaise with banks and internal teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
• Support smooth execution of payment cycles by ensuring all required information is complete and accurate

Treasury Support & Administration

• Support the maintenance of the investment register updating transactions, maturities, and supporting documentation and ensuring data accuracy and completeness
• Assist with cash forecasting by preparing and updating inputs and supporting data consolidation and validation
• Provide administrative and operational support for treasury activities and reporting

Stakeholder Support

• Respond to function queries relating to payments, banking processes, and treasury requirements
• Provide clear guidance to stakeholders on required information, timelines, and processes
• Escalate issues or risks to the Associate Director, Treasury where appropriate

Controls, Compliance & Process Discipline

• Ensure all treasury activities are performed in line with defined policies, controls, and approval frameworks
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation, and audit readiness at all times
• Identify and flag process gaps, inefficiencies, or control risks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within treasury operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field highly regarded
• 1 to 3 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or finance roles
• Experience working with banking platforms and payment processing
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems
• High attention to detail and strong accuracy in execution
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage routine processes consistently and reliably
• Good problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving operational issues
• Clear and professional communication skills with internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

Work Arrangement

• This is an onsite work for 4 months and will transition to a hybrid schedule (once a week onsite) after passing the 3rd-month review.
• Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Office is near IPI Pasig and Tiendesitas. Office is accessible from Eastwood, C5 Road, Ortigas CBD, and Rizal areas.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH time
