Professional Background
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree related to Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or any relevant field.
- Experience in Treasury and Finance Functions is a PLUS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous in recording transactions.
- Must be Flexible.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintaining good relationship with the Bank for coordination.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and act proactively. Provide insight and suggestions for process improvements.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership.
- Assist in preparation of reports, and other documents.
- Multi-task treasury, finance and EA functions.
