Salary range: Php 80,000/month (The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)

Working Hours: New Zealand Business Hours (Monday–Friday)

Work set-up: 100% Remote work under Independent Contractor Agreement

Holidays: TBD

About the Company & Opportunity

We are a growing company that supports infrastructure, construction, and roadworks projects by helping teams plan safe and efficient work zones. Our team works closely with project managers, field crews, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in line with industry requirements. We are looking for a TMP Planner who enjoys working with plans, processes, and problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that support project delivery and safety requirements. This is a fully remote opportunity offering long-term stability, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) based on project requirements and site information.
  • Review project details and develop practical traffic management solutions.
  • Submit plans and required documents through approval and compliance systems.
  • Coordinate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.
  • Monitor approvals, revisions, and deadlines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and version control of plans.
  • Ensure all plans meet safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve planning processes and workflows.

Work Setup

  • Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection
  • Must be available to work during New Zealand business hours

Requirements

  • Previous experience in traffic management, construction, infrastructure, planning, engineering support, drafting, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preparing Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
  • Familiarity with permit applications, compliance documentation, or approval processes.
  • Experience using planning, drafting, CAD, or project management software.
  • Exposure to construction, transport, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
