We're Hiring: Technical Services Head (Food Manufacturing)!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Services Head to lead our technical team in the food manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food technology, quality assurance, and process optimization to ensure our products meet high standards of safety and quality.

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Full-time onsite (Mondays to Fridays)

JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Services Head will lead the end-to-endtechnology transfer from Product Development to Mass Production, ensuring newly developed products successfully scale from small-batch formulations to full commercial manufacturing. This role is responsible for optimizing production processes, improving yields, calibrating materials and equipment, and establishing robust, standardized operating procedures (SOPs).The role also drivesmanufacturing efficiency, cost optimization, and process validation,serving as a critical bridge between R&D, engineering, and plant operations to ensure product consistency, quality, and scalability across production lines.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degreeinFood Technology, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience infood manufacturing, R&D, or technical services, preferably in scaled production environments
  • Must have strong background in:
    • Product development andprocess scale-up
    • Manufacturing process optimization
    • Cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives
    • Equipment and process validation

  • Solid understanding offood processing equipment and production systems(knowledge of bakery or confectionery processes is an advantage but not required)
  • Experience in technology transfer, pilot plant operations, or commercialization is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs and standardized processes
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities
