What you'll be doing:

  • Leading end to end project management from kickoff to go live

  • Building and managing timelines, milestones and critical paths

  • Keeping a clear view of progress, risks and dependencies

  • Bringing structure to governance, reporting and decision making

  • Gathering and shaping business and technical requirements

  • Turning complex needs into clear, actionable delivery plans

  • Working closely with developers to ensure solutions are practical and effective

  • Acting as the bridge between client, internal teams and delivery partners

  • Keeping everyone aligned, accountable and moving forward

  • Communicating confidently with both technical and non technical audiences

  • Leading QA and UAT phases with clarity and control

  • Ensuring all issues are tracked, resolved and signed off

  • Preparing teams for launch with robust handover and support plans

Who we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering digital or technical projects, ideally web based or integration led

  • Confidence working with developers and technical stakeholders

  • Strong organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced, client facing environment

  • Clear and confident communication style

  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana or similar
