About the Role:
As a CBREMulti-skilled Technician, you will perform ongoing preventive maintenance andrepairs on a mechanical, electrical, and other building system.

This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems.

What You’ll Do:
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Work with available systems to manage and track completion. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Report violations to Management.

About you:
Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering NCII Certificate required At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC) Leadership and management experience Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays Can start ASAP
