What role will you play?

As a Tech Select Graduate, you’ll help design and build technology solutions that support our global businesses. You’ll gain hands-on experience delivering platforms and applications, working with data, and solving complex problems alongside experienced teams
You’ll contribute to meaningful projects from day one, while developing your technical and professional skills in a collaborative environment. Role assignments are determined by our team and aligned with both your strengths and business needs
We have opportunities in: Banking and Financial Services technology teams You’ll contribute to building and improving digital banking platforms that support our Banking and Financial Services business in Australia, helping deliver secure and user-friendly experiences while gaining hands-on experience
Commodities and Global Markets technology teams You’ll support technology teams that enable key activities across commodities and financial markets, including capital and financing, risk management, market access, and logistics. You’ll gain exposure to systems that support these global operations
Macquarie Capital technology teams You’ll support the development of technology solutions that help deliver financial advisory and investment projects across infrastructure, energy and technology sectors, working as part of Macquarie’s Corporate Operations Group

What you offer

• Up to 12 months of work experience
• Strong academic performance
• Basic programming knowledge (preferably Java)
