Multi-Discipline NDT Technician

Position Overview

Bureau Veritas is seeking an experienced Multi-Discipline NDT Technician to join our Oil & Gas division. This role focuses on non-destructive testing across piping, pipeline, and equipment inspection projects, requiring expertise in multiple NDT methodologies and a commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-discipline non-destructive testing using UT, MT, PT, PMI, and HT methodologies
• Inspect piping, pipeline systems, and associated equipment for defects and compliance
• Select appropriate inspection methods based on material, geometry, and regulatory requirements
• Interpret indications and defects according to relevant standards and procedures
• Document findings and prepare accurate inspection reports
• Adhere strictly to technical procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance
• Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance objectives

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum: High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on NDT experience in Oil & Gas sector
• Demonstrated expertise in:
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MPT)
  • Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • Hardness Testing (HT)
• Proven experience inspecting piping, pipelines, and equipment

Certifications:

• ASNT Level II Certification in UT/MT/PT (current and valid)
