Responsibilities

Safety & Security

To fully co-operate and follow directions of supervisors on matters relating to HSE, including attending related training;

Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation; at least 1 Behavior Based Safety (BBS) Conversation per month;

Report to supervisor any defect or hazard;

Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers’ instructions and statutory requirements;

Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area i.e. rules of docks/PPE, etc.;

Use safety equipment where it is provided;

Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received;

Attend monthly Workplace Health and Safety Committee Meeting.

Quality

Ensure that the quality standards of the area on a daily basis;

Ensure and report any deviation and misses on cases being received that might be considered as quality incident (QI) and/or may result to a customer complaint;

Report and raise CAPA and conduct RCA as needed.

Requirements


  • Knowledge of warehouse processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze warehouse performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience in inventory management, inbound/outbound operations, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
