About the Job:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Integrated Planning Senior Associate to join our client's Advisory team and support the optimization of end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will analyze supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across the supply chain network. You will also work closely with clients to deliver data-driven solutions and support the implementation of advanced planning technologies in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility, collaboration, and responsiveness.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of supply chain planning solutions and technologies.
  • Utilize data analytics and business insights to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored supply chain solutions.
  • Work with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP.
  • Interpret data and generate actionable recommendations for supply chain improvements.
  • Assist in driving process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support successful project delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 4+ years of solid experience in supply chain planning, operations, or consulting.
  • Experience working with APS platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP IBP is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, and operational processes.
  • Experience in data analytics and supply chain optimization initiatives is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Can start immediately, if possible.
