Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the noodle manufacturing business. The role ensures the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods through procurement, production planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The Supply Chain Manager leads Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), optimizes inventory, ensures high service levels for Modern Trade customers, and drives cost-effective nationwide logistics.

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the noodle manufacturing business. The role ensures the efficient flow of raw materials and finished goods through procurement, production planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The Supply Chain Manager leads Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), optimizes inventory, ensures high service levels for Modern Trade customers, and drives cost-effective nationwide logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Lead the monthly S&OP process by aligning Sales, Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance.
- Develop demand and supply plans to ensure optimal inventory and production capacity.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements.
- Develop inventory strategies to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Ensure proper implementation of FEFO (First Expired, First Out) and FIFO inventory practices.
- Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, obsolete, and excess stocks.
- Design and optimize nationwide logistics and transportation strategies across the Philippines.
- Monitor freight costs, delivery lead times, and logistics service providers.
- Improve distribution efficiency while reducing logistics costs.
- Oversee warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Ensure efficient receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement warehouse performance KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage sourcing activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect purchases.
- Monitor commodity price movements and supplier performance.
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and supply continuity.
- Ensure high order fill rates and on-time delivery performance for Modern Trade customers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to minimize stock-outs and delivery issues.
- Monitor customer service KPIs and retailer compliance requirements.
- Monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, order fulfillment, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), warehouse accuracy, logistics costs, and supplier performance.
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Develop contingency plans to address supply disruptions and logistics risks.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, warehouse regulations, and transportation requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations within FMCG or food manufacturing
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
- Experience in nationwide distribution and warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, procurement, and logistics
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain planning tools is an advantage
