- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Sourcing corporate clients within and outside the area.
- Client visits to introduce the company and product.
- Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of accounts receivable (AR) 30 days past due.
- Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
- Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
- Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
- Creating staff schedule and DTR.
- Create in-store and online promotions.
- Minimum Qualifications: College graduate, preferably graduate of any IT related course
- With 3-5 years work experience as Store Manager/ Branch Manager
- Preferably with exposure in Retail IT Industry
- Technical Skills: Must be computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software (e.g., CRM or ERP systems).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Amenable to work in Gilmore IT Center, Quezon City.
