  • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
  • Sourcing corporate clients within and outside the area.
  • Client visits to introduce the company and product.
  • Coordinate with Credit and Collection in ensuring 100% collection of accounts receivable (AR) 30 days past due.
  • Setting KPI target performance for Sales and Margin.
  • Monitoring of branch aging items and inventory level.
  • Reporting to higher management the branch performances once a month.
  • Creating staff schedule and DTR.
  • Create in-store and online promotions.

  • Minimum Qualifications: College graduate, preferably graduate of any IT related course
  • With 3-5 years work experience as Store Manager/ Branch Manager
  • Preferably with exposure in Retail IT Industry
  • Technical Skills: Must be computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software (e.g., CRM or ERP systems).
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Amenable to work in Gilmore IT Center, Quezon City.
