In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on a segment of service we offer for Order Management Solutions, and drive improvements in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with country representatives and various stake holder in your regular execution of assigned tasks
- Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager
- Assist to meet performance targets
- Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis
- Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes
- Assist staff to resolve complex problems and responsible for quality control
- Ensure thorough documentation for the process
- Participate in additional projects assigned by the team manager
- Ensure process compliance
- Drive Customer Satisfaction Processes
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience
- Logistics background / Ocean Freight operations experience will be added advantage
- Good Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point)
- Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
