Specialist - OMS

In this role, you will have the opportunity to operate on a segment of service we offer for Order Management Solutions, and drive improvements in the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with country representatives and various stake holder in your regular execution of assigned tasks

• Participate in problem solving and process improvement process together with team manager

• Assist to meet performance targets

• Evaluate department processes. Recommend and coordinate needed changes based on process analysis

• Work closely with colleagues in the business to identify solutions, best practices and KPIs to improve existing processes

• Assist staff to resolve complex problems and responsible for quality control

• Ensure thorough documentation for the process

• Participate in additional projects assigned by the team manager

• Ensure process compliance

• Drive Customer Satisfaction Processes

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Graduate (Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in any discipline)

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience

• Logistics background / Ocean Freight operations experience will be added advantage

• Good Computer knowledge (words, excel, power point)

• Good Communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
