Social Media Specialist

What you will be doing:

• Manage and update social media accounts on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & other related platforms

• Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness
• Create and curate content for social media accounts, including text, images, and videos
• Monitor social media accounts for comments and messages, and respond in a timely and appropriate manner
• Analyze social media data and provide regular reports on performance metrics

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes in algorithms to ensure optimal account performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or any related field

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management ( plus but not necessary) . Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or anyone with relevant experience
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytical tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) is a plus, but not necessary
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva) (a plus but not necessary)

• Strong attention to detail and has the ability to multitask when necessary
