As Offshore Recruiter, You Will…
- Partner with Recruiting Managers to determine staffing needs
- Interact with applicants and respond to initial inquiries
- Process and track applicant job submissions
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess fit for the position
- Conduct and request tests needed for hiring
- Build relationships with internal employees
- Ensure orientation and onboarding process runs smoothly
- Use job portals to research potential candidates
- Overcome hesitations to persuade highly desirable candidates to consider the job
- Update all recruitment related trackers
- A Bachelors/College Degree in any field
- At least six months BPO experience in inbound customer service
- Combination of work experience and education are also acceptable
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- A love for interacting with diverse groups of people
- Extreme organization skills and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong computer skills and ability to do intermediate mathematical functions
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Responsible, disciplined, and highly organized working traits
- Ability to handle stress well and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong internet connection (20mpbs download)
- Willingness to work onsite if necessary (Internet issues, Power Outage, etc.)
- A dedicated distraction-free workspace at home
- Willingness to work a graveyard shift
- Willingness to work in Cubao
- Ability to start ASAP
