Position Overview:
As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing engaging
social media content, executing marketing campaigns, and growing the company's online presence while
ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00AM-7:00PM, Gliding Shift, Remote (Part-time for 6 months)
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

- Develop and implement social media strategies and maintain content calendars aligned with marketing
Content Creation and Publishing
- Create and publish engaging content, including graphics, captions, videos, and promotional
Community Management and Audience Engagement
- Manage social media accounts by responding to comments and messages while fostering
Performance Monitoring and Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize
Trend Research and Market Analysis
- Research social media trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to identify new
Brand Consistency and Quality Assurance
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintain quality through proofreading and content
Collaboration and Project Management
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and complete projects within
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of professional experience managing corporate or agency social media
- Content Creation: Proven ability to write engaging copy and design visual content using tools like
- Platform & Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools and platform
- Community & Brand Management: Strong skills in community engagement and a sharp eye for
- Collaboration & Adaptability: Excellent project management skills to collaborate with internal teams
- Must be a BIR-registered professional/entity capable of issuing a valid, registered Invoice for
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Hourly salary of 450php for 4 hours/day
