Job Purpose

• To support the financial reporting, management analysis and controlling function across the cluster.
• To support ISC Team Lead - Adidas.
• To drive billing excellence and commercial issue resolution.
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure on time and accurate billing.
• Chase on invoice approval and take corrective actions through EDI Troubleshooting.
• Statement of account management.
• Analyze, design, develop and implement simple to complex billing solutions
• To support senior team members in handling daily accounting operation and month-end closing.
• Provide assistance in resolving simple to complex commercial issues
• Coordinate with overseas offices for billing-related matters.
• Communicate with other departments and external parties about complex accounting issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance
• Must be currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Finance.
• Proficiency in EDI and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Solid knowledge of Finance processes and Freight Forwarding operations
• Attentive to details with a passion to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Good numerical sense, deliver high level of accuracy, and strong sense of urgency
