We are looking for Service Leader - Security to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the team effectively to drive day-to-day security operations
Ensure security operations are strictly followed to established standards and policies
Provide practical guidance and coaching to maintain consistent Hotel and Departmental standards
Cultivate and maintain excellent guest relations to enhance their satisfaction
Handle guests’ inquiries promptly and effectively, as well as reporting any complaints related to security or safety to Management immediately

About you:
Certificate or above with professional qualifications in Security Management
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Hotel or Security Industry
Valid Security Personnel Permit
Ability to assess risks and perform independent security / operations reviews and audits
Sound knowledge of security access control system, alarm monitoring system and CCTV system
Self-initiated team player with good communication skills
