Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling project sites requirements and standards while ensuring cost efficiency and profitability. Duties And Responsibilities
- Assigns job orders to Service Technician within time requirements according to their technical competency to avoid back jobs.
- Ensures availability of manpower and schedule to serve all service requests.
- Accountable for the accuracy and validity of all information from and about all service requests.
- Executes daily briefing of instruction before dispatching Service Technicians to ensure that they correctly understand the job order requirements.
- Reviews the work of Service Technicians through submitted reports.
- Prepares and implements Corrective Action/Preventive Action System to ensure high quality of service deliverables.
- Develops and implements a reporting system to ensure a sustainable monitoring of job order status.
- Accountable for proper requisition and liquidation of payment requests to ensure funds are available for job orders as well as preparation and releasing of materials and tools.
- Responsible in determining project schedule by studying and reviewing the project plan and
- Evaluates project status, identifies issues, potential challenges and opportunities, and recommends strategies that results to efficient work performance and quality output.
- Ensures daily accomplishment report and billing are submitted on time.
- Ensures adequate manpower, materials and equipment are provided on all project sites.

- Must be a graduate of at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil)
- Must have at least two (2) years working experience in team supervision/management
- Must have at least one (1) year working experience in swimming pool, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have planning, organizing, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Must be proficient in standard office applications such as document, spreadsheets, and presentation applications
- Must have extensive experience with water heaters, air conditioners, pumps and other mechanical equipments
