Senior / Staff data Engineer (Agentic AI)

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with 5+ years of expertise in building scalable data architectures and AI-driven automation systems. In this role, you will design and optimize high-performance data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for structured and unstructured data, including sensor and image data, while collaborating closely with data scientists and engineering teams to support advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Define and optimize data structures and architectures to ensure availability, accessibility, and performance
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT) to process structured and unstructured data (e.g., sensor and image data)
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams in AI and advanced analytics projects
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions for data management and processing
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving data architecture
• Design, implement, and operationalize agentic workflows and AI orchestration systems (e.g., MCP, multi-agent systems, autonomous pipelines) to enable scalable intelligent automation
• Lead and contribute to cross-site digitalization and data initiatives
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Min. 5+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or a related field
• Min. Master / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Data Science or equivalents
• Proven experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and production data systems
• Strong hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL in real-world projects
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases and modern data architecture
• Practical experience collaborating in cross-functional AI/data science teams
• Proven hands-on experience with agentic workflows and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., MCP, LangChain, multi-agent systems)
