Position: Manufacturing Supervisor

Work Schedule: Shifting

Salary: Php 30,000 -Php 35,000

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Engineering course.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in manpower supervision/handling
  • With hands experience in molding processes, connectors, wire harnesses, or related automotive/electronic products (any of them).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work in Cavite and start ASAP

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the Manager in supervising and managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor production output and analyze opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure full utilization and optimization of equipment and machinery through strict monitoring and maintenance coordination
  • Plan, allocate, and schedule manpower to meet production requirements and maximize workforce efficiency
  • Implement effective troubleshooting and operational strategies to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
