- Graduate of any Bachelor of Science in Engineering course.
- At least 2 years’ experience in manpower supervision/handling
- With hands experience in molding processes, connectors, wire harnesses, or related automotive/electronic products (any of them).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Willing to work in Cavite and start ASAP
- Assist and support the Manager in supervising and managing daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production output and analyze opportunities for productivity and efficiency improvements
- Ensure full utilization and optimization of equipment and machinery through strict monitoring and maintenance coordination
- Plan, allocate, and schedule manpower to meet production requirements and maximize workforce efficiency
- Implement effective troubleshooting and operational strategies to minimize downtime and maintain quality standards.
