About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to join our team. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals and ensuring the delivery of effective HR services across all facets of human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and stakeholders
Manage and support employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment
Lead or support recruitment, training and development, and compensation & benefits initiatives
Provide strategic guidance across multiple facets of HR including talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning
Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and influence decision-making
Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws
Drive employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management (BSHRDM)or any related course
At least 3 years of experience across various HR functions
Strong knowledge in all facets of Human Resources, including but not limited to:
Employee Relations
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Training & Development
Compensation & Benefits
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor and employment laws
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
