There are two Chevron companies operating in the Philippines: Chevron Holdings Incorporated (CHI) and Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI).
CHI is a shared services center providing transactional, processing, and consulting services in the areas of finance and accounting, information technology, supply chain management, human resources, downstream customer service and marketing. Established in 1998, CHI serves Chevron affiliates in six continents around the world. Over the years, it has grown to be one of the leading members of the shared services industry in the Philippines.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Analyst. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following
- Provide business decision support (e.g. financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting), and core finance and accounting services (including month end close process and reconciliation activities)
- Deliver accurate and timely financials and effective control performance
- Collaborate with different teams internally within Finance, across multi-functional teams and with external stakeholders to deliver value to the company
- Enable process improvement opportunities and projects by understanding the end-to-end processes, interpreting data, and bringing insights and ideas forward
- Support building organizational capability by sharing your knowledge and expertise

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or management accounting
- Minimum of five (5) years overall work experience in finance, accounting or auditing
- Good English oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills
- Must have the propensity to work in a proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused environment
