Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

The SEO Specialist is responsible for ensuring company-managed websites are optimized according to the latest standards and best practices of search engine optimization (SEO). The role involves managing SEO commitments to clients, producing SEO-optimized content, and executing both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Summary

• Optimize websites according to current SEO standards.
• Oversee SEO best practices for content uploads.
• Achieve search engine rankings in line with commitments.
• Conduct keyword research.
• Develop internal and external link-building strategies.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies such as backlink acquisition and partnerships.
• Analyze competitor websites.
• Create SEO-optimized content.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Essential

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• At least 2-3 years experience in content marketing and SEO
• Well versed in keyword research
• Strong communicator/presenter (in English & Tagalog)
• WordPress management
• Project management skills
• Off-page SEO (backlink building)
• Google Search Engine Marketing
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Familiar with Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics
• Experience with website optimization tools and website CMS
• Knowledge in CSS and HTML is an advantage
• High mastery of current SEO standards
