How you create impact

Core Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage freight quotations for customers, sales teams, and overseas offices.
• Analyze carrier, trucking, and warehouse costs to ensure competitive and profitable pricing.
• Negotiate rates and service agreements with carriers and vendors.
• Maintain tariff databases, buying rates, and customer-specific pricing records.
• Support tenders, RFQs, and contract pricing submissions.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, and sales teams to ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor rates, and industry developments.
• Review profitability and margin performance of shipments and customers.
• Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval matrices.
Provide timely pricing support for spot quotes and strategic business opportunities.

• Generate spot and contract quotations.
• Calculate transportation, customs, warehousing, and value-added service costs.
• Validate surcharges, freight rates, and applicable fees.
• Prepare pricing analyses and management reports.
• Identify cost-saving and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Support customer negotiations with rate benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Assist in annual rate reviews and procurement exercises.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
