As a Sales Operations Support Officer, you will provide essential support by supplying proof of advertisement appearance for booked ads. You will:
- Locate and view tearsheets sent by newspapers to verify proof of advertisement appearance.
- Run booking reports and cross-reference them with received member paper emails.
- Save and name tearsheets correctly into the designated Dropbox folders.
- Manage the end-to-end process of naming and saving proof of appearance to the appropriate file folders.
- Previous work experience in administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional (PDF).
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work autonomously.
- Knowledge of the Advertising or Media landscape.
- Knowledge of Regional Australia.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of trustworthiness, adaptability, and flexibility.
