Department: Supply Chain Management

Reporting to: Assistant Distribution Manager

As a Branch Associate (Trade), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery and accounts receivable (AR) processes for Trade and Project accounts. You will be ensuring timely and accurate billing, efficient coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to financial and operational standards.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensures compliance with SCO standards, company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages distribution operations by processing delivery documents, inventory transactions, and order verification to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Handles returns and claims by coordinating pull-outs, repairs, and issue resolution within established turnaround times.
• Provides operational support by performing branch functions and covering key responsibilities as needed to maintain business continuity.
• Prepares and analyzes operational reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  
  
  

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Logistics and Supply Chain Management course.
• Fresh graduates with any work experience are also welcome to apply.
• Computer literacy skills.
