Key Roles And Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Manages assigned top accounts, ensuring consistent coverage and adherence to the Basic Call Procedure.
- Negotiates effectively with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospects new accounts to support growth and maintain territory performance.
- Achieves collection targets for active accounts and clears outstanding balances from inactive accounts.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and industry standards in all transactions.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers through consistent engagement and benefit‑driven selling.
- Provides timely and exceptional service to enhance customer experience.
- Plans coverage, organizes sales documents, and executes merchandising and promotions.
- Maximizes the use of tools of trade to improve productivity and deliver results.
Skills Required
- Effective communication to articulate product benefits, present ideas clearly, and build rapport.
- Negotiation & persuasion to win customers through benefit selling.
- Prospecting & lead generation to apply proactive methods to expand business opportunities.
- Account development to sustain goodwill and strengthen customer relationships.
- Organization & time management to prioritize tasks and balance field/non‑field activities.
- Collaboration to share best practices to deliver results for FELCO and its customers.
