The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible in assisting the Sales Officer in generating Auto Loan Volume to attain profitability target and continue to contribute to Bank’s business growth

Responsibilities

  • Pre-screens and encodes application within the standard turn-around time
  • Assists the Sales Officer in relaying approval to client, referring branch, salesman or dealer
  • Assists the Sales Officer in answering inquiries and concerns of the channels being handled
  • Assists client in signing of loan documents (for Direct Marketing accounts)
  • Assists the Sales Officer in conducting follow-ups on the accounts with pending approvals
  • Prepare the loan documents to be signed by the client for Direct Marketing accounts
  • Prepares and sends the Purchase Order and Credit Advice (for Dealer Financing) to the dealer partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree - preferably with a degree in business or marketing-related courses
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Good Time-management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in different situations
