About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Associate to support the execution of qualitative and quantitative research projects. In this role, you will help coordinate studies, recruit participants, conduct market and industry research, manage fieldwork activities, and support data processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate research projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, documentation, and logistics management.
- Recruit, screen, and manage research participants to ensure study requirements and quotas are met.
- Support virtual and in-person fieldwork activities, including participant coordination, venue or platform setup, note-taking, and issue resolution.
- Conduct secondary research on industries, competitors, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Assist in data encoding, data cleaning, and basic analysis of research findings.
- Prepare research summaries, trackers, reports, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with research, marketing, strategy, and product teams to support business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required
- At least 1 year of overall work experience.
- Exposure to research through professional work, internships, academic projects, or related activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications (Docs, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct credible and efficient online research.
- Experience in participant recruitment, fieldwork coordination, or desk research.
- Familiarity with qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologies.
- Experience working with data, spreadsheets, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Gain hands-on experience across diverse research projects.
- Work closely with experienced professionals in research, strategy, and growth.
- Develop skills in market research, consumer insights, and data analysis.
- Be part of a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
