Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Regional HR Manager to oversee and drive human resources strategies across multiple locations within a large-scale retail and commercial operations environment. This role will serve as a key business partner, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performance and people-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR strategies across multiple sites within the assigned region
- Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment
- Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decisions
- Lead and mentor HR teams across different locations
- Implement and standardize HR policies, systems, and best practices across the region
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with regional or multi-site exposure
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven experience in handling large, diverse workforce populations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
- Experience in retail, property management, or large-scale operations is an advantage
- Strong background in organizational development and change management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
