What You'll Do:
Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job vacancies
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Manage candidate databases and track application progress
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies

What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
