Tailored Management, a premier staffing firm serving Fortune 500 clients across the United States and Canada, is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing international team.
What You’ll Do
As a Recruiter at Tailored Management, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting, independently managing requisitions and driving high-quality placements. You’ll be the link between incredible talent and career-changing opportunities with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen diverse candidates through various channels, maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring cycle.
- Conduct pre-submission consultations to assess availability, alignment, and referral potential.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews via phone or video to ensure professionalism and confidence.
- Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring all onboarding requirements are met.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned client goals and deadlines for open positions.
- Collaborate with internal client service teams to provide updates, share insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
How Your Success Will Be Measured
Your performance will be tracked monthly through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including:
- Candidate Submissions
- Interview Requests & Completions
- Offer Requests & Acceptances
- Placement Starts
- Requisition Coverage
- Time-to-Submit Metrics

- Open to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred—or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or a related field.
- Experience supporting North American markets or night shift roles is not required, but is a strong advantage!
Work Environment
- Hybrid – Cebu City, Philippines
- Full-time Night Shift (aligned with US/Canada time zones)
- Monday to Friday, 40+ hours/week (with flexibility based on business needs)
- Role is primarily sedentary, using standard computer and VoIP systems.
