Reconciliation Specialist

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation of securities holdings, cash balances, and transactions across assigned portfolios
- Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal teams, custodians, and external partners
- Review and sign off reconciliation outputs in line with SLA timelines and compliance requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including daily and monthly reconciliation files and MIS
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support process improvements, system enhancements, and audit/compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in reconciliation within banking, securities administration, or investment operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Investments, or related field
- Strong understanding of securities instruments, cash management, and investment operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with investment accounting and reconciliation systems (e.g., SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg, DUCO, Aladdin)
- Familiarity with Power BI, PowerApps, and automation tools (e.g., VBA, robotics, machine learning)
- CISI certification or equivalent professional designation
- Experience participating in process improvement, UAT, or system transformation projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
