Job Description / Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
- Store materials properly in designated areas following safety and inventory procedures
- Issue raw materials to production based on approved requests or schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements (manual or system-based)
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of materials to avoid damage or contamination
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in audits
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for material availability
- Follow company policies on safety, health, and environmental standards
- Keep storage and working areas organized and clean
