Job Description

The Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Head is responsible for overseeing overall production operations and ensuring that all products meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role provides leadership in manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance systems, process improvement, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage both Quality Assurance and Manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee daily production planning, scheduling, and workflow to meet operational targets.
  • Monitor product quality and implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
  • Conduct regular inspections, and process evaluations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry,Microbiology, or related field.
  • At least 58 years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or quality assurance, with supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing both production and quality assurance functions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in production and quality management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple departments.
  • Willing to work in Laguna
