About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Cycle Managed Services Senior Associate to join our client's team and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare revenue cycle solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to improve revenue cycle performance, streamline operations, and support end-to-end process enhancements. You will act as a key contributor in project delivery, provide subject matter expertise, and help drive operational efficiency and service quality across engagements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful healthcare transformation while strengthening your leadership and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and contribute to client-facing consulting engagements focused on healthcare revenue cycle management and operational improvement
  • Assist in project planning and execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of client solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise in revenue cycle processes (front, middle, and back-office operations)
  • Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and performance outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of services
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the adoption of tools and automation where applicable
  • Communicate updates, issues, and risks to project leads and stakeholders promptly
  • Ensure adherence to professional, technical, and compliance standards in all assigned tasks
  • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the team


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or consulting services
  • Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes (front, middle, and back-office)
  • Experience supporting or leading workstreams within client-facing engagements
  • Proven ability to analyze processes and recommend operational improvements
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems, workflows, and automation tools is an advantage
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Can start immediately, if possible
