About the Role
As the Project Officer, you will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects within the Contact Center Channel Division. The role ensures all project activities—from requirements gathering to reporting—are completed accurately and on schedule. The Project Officer plays a key role in tracking progress, preparing documentation, escalating risks, and supporting the Project Manager in executing initiatives aligned with divisional goals.

About the Role
As the Project Officer, you will support the planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects within the Contact Center Channel Division. The role ensures all project activities—from requirements gathering to reporting—are completed accurately and on schedule. The Project Officer plays a key role in tracking progress, preparing documentation, escalating risks, and supporting the Project Manager in executing initiatives aligned with divisional goals.
How You'll Contribute
- Prepare project documents (plans, reports, MoMs, trackers) accurately and on time.
- Monitor project activity progress and escalate delays or issues promptly.
- Identify risks and ensure all issues are escalated and closed within SLA.
- Ensure projects adhere to PMO templates, documentation standards, and closure requirements.
- Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management, customer service
- Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks
- Asset and inventory management knowledge
- System access management capability
- Experience in operational risk and audit processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel (tracking, reconciliation)
- Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is an advantage
- Willing to work on-site at the Makati Head Office
