Opportunity Overview
- Responsible in managing the overall flow of service materials worldwide to cater Teradyne Customers and ensure delivery performance attainment
- Review and analyze service spares requirements monthly or as the need arises including Last Time Buys, recommend budget changes with justification and execute on-time purchases
- Perform Demand and Spares Forecasting and AnalysisPerform parts inventory analysis to align with Service Level Agreement (SLA)."
- Review weekly repair schedule & perform capacity alignment with Repair Operations
- Provide Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) report on delivery issues and other related issues.
- Respond to customer inquiries through internal channels, and provide timely feedback & updates, and escalate, as necessary.
- Work closely with global cross-functional teams on related matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and innovative projects.

- Degree in Industrial or Electronics Engineering, Inventory management, or any related field is preferred.
- 1-3 Years Planning Experience with background on planning tools such as ERP, MRP etc
- Proficient in MS Power tools (Power BI, Automate etc) and other MS office applications
- Knowledgeable in AI tools (e.g. Chatgpt, Copilot, You.com)
- With high sense of urgency & can interface with the different level of positions in the organization worldwide
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills.
- Willing to work on flexible schedules as the need arises.
