Responsibilities

  •  Lead the development of new products from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring alignment with brand’s vision and consumer expectations.
  •  Oversee design processes, material selection, prototyping, and testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and durability.
  •  Establish and manage the product development calendar to meet deadlines for design, approvals, and production.
  •  Monitor and evaluate pre-production samples, ensuring all issues are addressed before mass production.
  •  Oversee end-to-end packaging development—including design creation, coordination with print vendors, photo approvals, and consistent updates—while assessing packaging materials and graphics to ensure accuracy, brand cohesiveness, and overall product appeal.
  •  Oversee product intake and coordinate inventory to ensure accurate stock levels for all elements and streamlined operations.
  •  Coordinate logistics, including freight forwarders and supply chain teams, for on-time deliveries from both China and US based manufacturers the most economical way.
  •  Maintain communication with overseas vendors regarding schedules, order updates, and quality checks.
