Key Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Strategic Execution

• Support the development and execution of the annual Workforce Plan for the South Luzon region.
• Drive People-related initiatives and action plans that align workforce priorities with business objectives.
• Analyze workforce trends and people data to identify talent needs, workforce gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  

Talent Development & Onboarding/Offboarding

• Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees across the designated area.
• Support the deployment of the annual Learning Plan to enhance employee capabilities and foster continuous development.
• Monitor training completion and compliance to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  
  

Vendor & Manpower Management

• Partner with third-party manpower agencies to ensure adequate staffing levels to support business operations.
• Track vendor performance against agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
• Address and resolve workforce-related issues, including contractor deployment and compliance matters.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Support the continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience across the South Luzon region.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize people data and analytics to monitor, report, and improve key HR metrics and performance indicators.
  
  

We’re looking for

• 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with exposure to HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, or other operational environments will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
