We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Payroll Associate to join our growing payroll services team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a career in payroll, accounting, HR, and client services.

As a Payroll Associate, you will assist in processing payroll for multiple clients, maintaining employee records, preparing payroll reports, and responding to payroll-related inquiries. You will work closely with experienced payroll professionals and receive hands-on training in payroll operations, government compliance, and client support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs such as attendance, leaves, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
  • Maintain employee records and payroll-related information.
  • Generate payroll reports, payslips, and supporting schedules.
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and government contribution schedules.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding payroll processing and payroll-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with clients to obtain required payroll documents and information.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and data issues.
  • Ensure payroll data is handled with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Perform other payroll and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, or related courses.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, or HR is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Work closely with our software, support, and payroll services teams to gain exposure to both payroll operations and payroll technology.
