About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal practice. This is a full-time, dedicated role based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys and staff, providing high-quality legal support across a range of tasks including medical record summarization, document preparation, and case management.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to support a busy legal practice. This is a full-time, dedicated role based in the Philippines. The successful candidate will work directly with attorneys and staff, providing high-quality legal support across a range of tasks including medical record summarization, document preparation, and case management.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records and related documentation
- Prepare and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and file management
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, and third parties to gather information
- Track deadlines and manage calendars to ensure timely filing and follow-up
- Perform general administrative and paralegal support as required
- Minimum 2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience with medical record review and summarization is highly preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with legal document management and case management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Clio practice management software is a bonus but not required
