What role will you play?


You will lead service delivery and business operations, improving processes through automation and best practice, as well as oversee day to day operations, project delivery and governance to ensure commitments are met and performance is clear and reliable. You will work closely with partners to drive continuous improvement and support informed decision making

What you offer


  • 10 years’ of experience in business operations, operations management or service delivery
  • Experience designing and managing automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, preferably with certification
  • Strong experience in data analysis and service reporting tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau or Splunk
  • Knowledge of service management platforms such as ServiceNow, Helix or Remedy, with an understanding of governance and controls
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and delivery management skills, with experience working in structured project methods such as Agile or Scrum
  • Experience with AI tools and prompt engineering is an advantage.
