Scope
Minimum Qualifications:
- Lead overall operations across multiple sites, teams, or regions
- Ensure smooth daily execution of business processes and service delivery
- Monitor performance, targets, and operational KPIs closely
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and remove process bottlenecks
- Coordinate across departments like finance, HR, sales, and logistics
- Manage workforce planning and capacity across operations
- Handle escalations and ensure operational issues are resolved quickly
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong background in operations, general management, or service delivery
- Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
- Good track record of improving efficiency and execution quality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Good understanding of process improvement methods
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Able to balance strategy and hands-on execution
