Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- At least 23 years of supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Supervise day-to-day operations of warehouse, logistics, inventory, and admin
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery and assembly of furniture items
- Lead, train, and motivate operations staff to meet performance standards
- Implement operational procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with sales team to support customer requirements
- Address operational issues and resolve customer concerns promptly
