Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to customers when required.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
- Follow call center scripts and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (call handling time, customer satisfaction, etc.).
