General Responsibilities

PDAX is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Lead to manage the company’s end-to-end procurement operations. This role is responsible for vendor sourcing and management, contract and document alignment, quality assurance, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate will ensure that all procurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

  • End-to-End Procurement Management
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and services
  • Oversee the full procurement lifecycle—from request intake, sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, to delivery and payment processing
  • Establish and continuously improve procurement processes and policies
  • Vendor Sourcing & Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and service providers
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, performance, and service levels
  • Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and implement improvements when necessary
  • Contract & Document Management
  • Ensure all procurement-related documents (contracts, purchase orders, agreements) are accurate, complete, and aligned with company policies
  • Coordinate with Legal, Risk Management and Compliance teams for contract review and compliance
  • Maintain organized and auditable procurement records
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Monitor delivered goods/services to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards
  • Enforce compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Address discrepancies, issues, or risks in procurement activities
  • Financial Oversight & Budget Management
  • Manage procurement budgets and track spending against approved allocations
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive efficient resource utilization
  • Partner with SIRG team for forecasting, reporting, and cost analysis
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Technology, HR, Finance, Retail, etc.) to understand procurement needs
  • Provide guidance on procurement best practices and timelines
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all procurement-related concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Experience in contract management and procurement documentation
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial processes
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
